General Conditions
Rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Rental prices, policies, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Reservation and Security Deposits
A reservation is encouraged and a security deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be made by cash, check, or using a credit card. All security deposits are processed, including credit cards, at the time of booking. Upon return, any additional charges are deducted from the security deposit, and the balance of the deposit will then be cut as a check or refunded to the appropriate credit card.

Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 25 years of age or older and posses a valid drivers license. Customers are responsible for all traffic violations, and parking tickets. A major credit card and references, required.

Rules and Terms

NO SMOKING! This rule is strictly enforced and has a $1,000 fine to anyone who violates it
NO PETS
NO BICYCLES carried on or in the RV
NO AWNING USE unless you have rented it from Lakeshore RV. Any unit can come equipped with an awning for $75.
NO STORAGE on top of unit
NO CLIMBING on the ladder or standing on top of unit
NO TOWING is allowed behind any of the units
NO DRINKING alcoholic beverages in the unit of $1,000 fine to anyone who violates this rule
I understand that I or anyone else that I may authorize to rent, drive, and/or two this RV must be at least 25 years old. Any misrepresentation of this or allowing anyone under 25 to operate or tow this RV will automatically void any insurance coverage offered to the renter, the renter will be fully responsible for the value of the RV.
Anyone going to Canada may not use the 407 Highway
All vehicles towing travel trailer must have a working electric brake system. If vehicle does not have one then Lakeshore RV can put one of for $75.
Lakeshore RV does not provide unit with chemicals or toilet paper’ please be informed that you must provide these necessities yourself.

Any violation of the above rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

Rentals can be picked up between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 PM on the day of your departure. All rentals are due back on the return date between the hours of 9:00 and 10:00 AM. Any rentals returned after 10:00 AM will be charged the following late fees:

$75 PER HOUR

$250 PER DAY

$2500 PER WEEK

In the event that the RV becomes un-rentable, not due to the routine mechanical failure, I understand that I will be responsible for all “loss of use” charges.

Please note the following information and don’t feel hesitant to call if there are any questions

If you are renting a travel trailer and wish to have it delivered, you must pay the appropriate delivery charge. However, this fee only covers our gas and towing services. If you wish to have your unit leveled and connected to electricity and water it is an extra $75.
Since every unit is different we can not promise you anything that includes sleeping arrangements, air, and/or size.
When reserving a unit, you need to sign all of the contract spaces and deposit slips, if I receive all of this I will call or send an email confirming your reservation, if not then there is a chance that you fax didn’t go through and it needs to be re-sent. Give me at least 3 days for a confirmation number.
Due to previous matters Lakeshore will not accept checks for any of the charges instead the total on the rental and the deposit must be charged to a credit card, unless the check is received at least 3 weeks before your rental.
All rentals come with the option of adding an awning for $75 but please note that if anything happens to the awning while in your care, you will have to compensate Lakeshore RV for the damages.
